Shop Return Policy

The Art of Marjorie Sarnat Shop is a print-on-demand business, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges won't be possible in case of, but not limited to, ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

We offer a refund in case of a damaged product or receipt of an item you did not order, if you contact us within 15 calendar days of product delivery. In such a case, please email us at service@marjoriesarnat.com and include the date ordered, and invoice number or order number if you have it. State clearly what the problem is, and we will work with you to fix it.

Original Art Return Policy

I want you to have peace of mind when buying your artwork. I offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Submit this form to me and provide details about why you are asking to return an original piece of art or Dimensional Giclée. You must notify me within 30 days of delivery of your artwork. It’s important to me that you love your artwork as much or more than I did when making it. If you are not delighted with your purchase I'll work with you to come to a reasonable solution.

You are required to ship the artwork in question back to Marjorie Sarnat at your expense. You will get a refund for your original order once we receive the painting in undamaged condition.

Website Artwork

Ownership of the images, artwork, and drawings (“Artworks”) on this website are owned by Marjorie Sarnat. You may view the Artworks solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You may display and enjoy purchased Products containing Artworks, however you may not resell Artworks as individual pages or images, or as a packaged product, or use it on products for sale. You may not share, rent, lease, license, loan, transfer, resell, redistribute, or grant any right to use the Artwork. The Artwork is protected by copyright under both United States and foreign laws. Use of the Artwork does not convey transfer of copyright.

Various photographs of room settings are properly licensed by Marjorie Sarnat. They show suggestions for displaying the Artworks. Due to different size products available from the Shop, your own display of the Artworks may differ somewhat from them.

Privacy Policy

We detest spam like you do, so we won't share personal information that we collect with a third party, an exception being for giveaway or contest winners whose prizes are offered by and must be fulfilled by a partnering company. We will protect your privacy with care.

An Important Note from Marjorie About Kleo Kats

“My Kleo Kats, sometimes known as ‘Klimt cats,’ are among my most popular paintings that feature cats in a style inspired by the artist Gustav Klimt. Over the years unscrupulous sellers have stolen my artworks and have used them on various products without my permission.

“Kleo Kats wall art being sold by Ali-Express or other online stores is likely low resolution and poor quality. The only authorized stores for Kleo Kats wall art are my own Shop or a store where I am a member such as Fine Art America. I do have legitimate license agreements with Diamond Art Club, SiuSue, and Ceaco, for diamond paintings, puzzles, and other products. If you see Kleo Kats artwork applied to products elsewhere on the internet, and you’re not sure if they are authorized, I’d appreciate that you email me at service@marjoriesarnat.com.
